Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm2500 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all rm2500 platform users without exception, including registered users and unregistered visitors. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The rm2500 platform is an online entertainment service designed for users who are of age 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is for personal purposes and lawful under the laws applicable to you.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the rm2500 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. rm2500 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — including transactions carried out by a third party who gains access due to your negligence — is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the rm2500 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rm2500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, hacking attempts, use of unauthorised automation software, or a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions. Balances in accounts closed due to serious violations may not be returned, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the rm2500 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the actions described in the account section above:
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
- Using any bot, automation software, or scripts on the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
- Promotion or reward-related fraud
- Money laundering activities through the platform
- Using the platform for lawful personal purposes only
- Comply with all applicable local laws
- Do not share account access with others
- Reporting any technical issues honestly
- Keeping personal information up to date when changes occur
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR
Payment Methods & Currency
All transactions on the rm2500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including Malaysian online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX) and available e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate — rm2500 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same account holder's name. rm2500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding the specified limits. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.

Rm2500 reserves the right to suspend or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use, without being required to provide detailed reasons. Any deposit received through unauthorised means may be returned or frozen without notice.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitation
The rm2500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or unexpected downtime. rm2500 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, including those caused by issues with a user's internet connection.
In no event shall rm2500's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm2500 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of rm2500 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the rm2500 platform contains links to third-party websites for informational purposes, rm2500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.
